  My family has been using Dr. Creelman for 20 years now. I realize his manner may not be a good fit for some, but I know without a doubt that his heart is in the right place - I've seen that repeatedly demonstrated in his care and follow up for myself, my wife, and our three children. His approach is very rigorous and straightforward. As an engineer, I honestly prefer that to a softer "here's two aspirin and call me in the morning" approach. He asks the hard questions because he actually cares about people - both inside and outside of his clinic.

  I wish that I would have done a little research when choosing a Dr. that was thru my insurance from work. After reading the other reviews available online. Based on my experience I feel that ALL of the many negative reviews I found online probably have merit. DR. Creelman is unbelievably rude and condescending. Unprofessional on so many levels. I have been dealing with a serious sinus issue and his first comment to me was to say that "How does he know that I was not born that way?" Seriously? Same sinus issue going on for 2 years and he would not refer me to a ENT Dr. And he did not even suggest ANY allergy testing to be done. He will possibly tell you that he has no time to deal with any concerns of yours and tell you NOT to discuss your frustration and disappointment politely to office staff even while in a private setting as I did. Need paperwork filled out accurately? Come back and pay for it again and it MIGHT represent the facts....Be warned and choose your primary care Dr. Wisely. And good luck on your pursuit.
